In the event of any conflicting or inconsistent terms between these Specific Promotional Terms and Condtitions, the Bonus Rules, or the Platform Terms and Conditions, the descending order of precedence is: (i) the Specific Promotional Terms and Conditions; (ii) the Bonus Rules; and (iii) the Platform Terms and Conditions.

1. DESCRIPTION OF PROMOTION

1.1. New Members who make a first Deposit of not less than $10 in cash and place a first Wager are eligible to receive either one of the following: (1) if their Net Loss exceeds 90% of their first Deposit at any time within seven (7) calendar days after placing the first Deposit and first Wager, the value of their first Deposit, up to a maximum of $100 in Bonus Money, or (2) if their Net Loss does not exceed 90% of their first Deposit after the conclusion of the seven (7) calendar days after placing the first Deposit and first Wager, the value of their Net Loss, up to a maximum of $100 in Bonus Money.

1.2. “Net Loss” will be calculated according to the following formula: twenty-eight (28) days from the date of a Member’s registration, up to and including any time during the 7 Day Period, a Member’s Net Loss is equal to the Member’s Total Wager minus the Member’s Total Winnings. A Net Loss must be greater than $0. “Total Wager” is defined to include wagering of both cash and Bonus Money. “Total Winnings” is defined to include all cash won by a Member from their wagering activity of cash and/or Bonus Money prior to and during the 7 Day Period as well as any cash and/or Bonus Money credited to an Account from any promotion or activity whatsoever prior to and during the 7 Day Period.

The following are examples of calculating Net Loss, Total Winnings, and Total Wager:

(a) If a Member places a $10 First Deposit and receives $5 in Bonus Money, wagers a total amount of $14.00 which includes $9 of the First Deposit in cash and the $5 in Bonus Money, and such wagers do not receive any winnings prior to or during the 7 Day Period, a Member’s Total Wager, Total Winnings, and Net Loss would be calculated as follows:

Total Wager = $14 ($9 of the First Deposit plus the $5 wagered in Bonus Money);

Total Winnings = $5 (the Member did not have any winnings derived from their wagering activity; however, they received $5 in Bonus Money);

Net Loss = $9.00 (Total Wager ($14) minus Total Winnings ($5), which is greater than $0 so the Member has a Net Loss).

(b) If a Member places a $10 First Deposit and receives $5 in Bonus Money, wagers a total amount of $14.00, which includes $9 of the First Deposit in Cash and the $5 in Bonus Money, and the Member wins $20 in Cash prior to or during the 7 Day Period, a Member’s Total Wager, Total Winnings, and Net Loss would be calculated as follows:

Total Wager = $14 ($9 of the First Deposit wagered in Cash and the $5 wagered in Bonus Money);

Total Winnings = $25 ($20 in cash from their wagering activity plus $5 in Bonus Money received);

Net Loss = $0 (Total Wager ($14) minus Total Winnings ($25), which is less than $0, so the Member has not had a Net Loss).

(c) If a Member places a $10 First Deposit and receives $5 in Bonus Money, wagers a total amount of $14.00, which includes $9 of the First Deposit in cash and the $5 in Bonus Money, wins $3 prior to or during the 7 Day Period, and receives $10 in Bonus Money from another promotion, a Member’s Total Wager, Total Winnings, and Net Loss would be calculated as follows:

Total Wager = $14.00 ($9 of the First Deposit wagered in cash and the $5 wagered in Bonus Money);

Total Winnings = $18 ($3 in cash derived from their wagering activity plus $15 in Bonus Money received);

Net Loss = $0 (Total Wager ($14) minus Total Winnings ($18), which is less than $0, so the Member has not had a Net Loss).

1.3. Play Back Bonuses are calculated as follows:

1.3.1 If a Member’s Net Loss, at any time within the 7 Day Period, exceeds 90% of the value of their First Deposit, the Member will receive a reward of Bonus Money equal to the value of their First Deposit, up to a maximum of $100 in Bonus Money (“First Deposit Bonus Money Reward”). For example, and continuing the above example (a), 90% of the Member’s First Deposit equals $9 and, if on day 3, the Member’s Net Loss exceeded $9.00, the Member will receive a First Deposit Bonus Money Reward in the amount of $10 (the value of their First Deposit) in Bonus Money credited to their Account.

1.3.2. If the 7 Day Period ends and the Member’s Net Loss does not exceed 90% of the value of their First Deposit, the Member will receive a reward of Bonus Money equal to the value of their Net Loss at the end of the 7 Day Period in Bonus Money, up to a maximum value of $100 in Bonus Money (“Total Wager Bonus Money Reward”). For example, if the Net Loss for the Member was $1 at the conclusion of the 7 Day Period, which does not exceed 90% of their First Deposit, the Member will receive a Total Wager Bonus Money Reward in the amount of $1 (the value of their Net Loss) in Bonus Money credited to their Account.

1.4. Members are only eligible to receive either the First Deposit Bonus Money Reward or the Total Wager Bonus Money Reward, whichever occurs first. They cannot receive both the First Deposit Bonus Money Reward and the Total Wager Bonus Money Reward.

2. DATE, TIME, AND PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

2.1. The Up to $100 Reload Bonus Promotion (the “Promotion”) is valid from the date of its publication and may be redeemed by any Member (as defined in Section 3 below) until such time as we make this Promotion available (the “Promotional Period”). This means that the last P2P Date (as defined in Section 4.3 below) for any eligible Member will be the last day of the Promotional Period.

3. ELIGIBILITY

3.1. To participate in this Promotion, you must be 19 years or over, a registered Member of the Platform ("Member") and present in the province of Ontario. You must be a Member of the Platform, which means that you must have a valid registered internet account with the Platform. 4. ACTION REQUIRED

4.1. During the Promotional Period, new Members must place a first deposit of not less than $10 in Cash into their Account (“First Deposit”) and place a first wager, either in the form of Bonus Money or Cash (the “First Wager”) within 28 days of registration (collectively, the “Minimum Qualifying Requirements”).

4.2. Your Deposit will be the total amount of Cash, excluding any Bonus Money earned, deposited into your Account for the first time in a single transaction on the Platform during the Promotional Period.

4.3. Within twenty-eight (28) days of registration, if you have completed both the First Deposit and the First Wager (the “P2P Date”), a seven (7) calendar day period will commence (“7 Day Period”). The 7 Day Period is calculated as the P2P Date plus seven (7) calendar days and will end at 11:59 p.m. (ET) on the seventh (7th) calendar day following the P2P Date.

4.4. A withdrawal of any kind from your Account at any time prior to or during the 7 Day Period will automatically disqualify you from the Promotion.

5. CLAIMING PROMOTION OFFER

5.1. The First Deposit Bonus Money Reward or the Total Wager Bonus Money Reward, as applicable, earned will be credited to applicable Accounts within three (3) business days of qualification. In case of technical issues, the Bonus Money will be credited within five (5) business days.

5.2. Limit of one (1) reward per Account for the Promotion. The maximum amount that can be awarded to any Member as a result of this Promotion is $100 in Bonus Money.

7. LIMITATIONS ON PARTICIPATION

7.2. Employees of Bally’s Corporation and group companies, and their immediate family Members, their affiliates and subsidiaries are not permitted to participate in this Promotion.

7.3. Closure of your Account during the Promotional Period will disqualify you from the Promotion and you will not be eligible to receive a Bonus.

8. WAGERING REQUIREMENTS/EXCLUSIONS

8.1. Members must wager through an award of Bonus Money in its entirety one time (1x) through on any casino Games on the Platform (the “Playthrough Wagering Requirement”) before any associated winnings can be withdrawn as Cash.

8.2. Any unused Bonus Money (or unused portion of such Bonus Money) will expire if a Member does not use it within seven (7) days from the date it is issued to the Account. Any winnings from an award of such Bonus Money that are subject to a Playthrough Wagering Requirement that are not met within the Bonus Money’s expiration period shall be void, subject to forfeiture, and may not be transferred or withdrawn.

9. ORDER OF FUNDS USED FOR WAGERING

9.1. Each award of Bonus Money will be played through in order of oldest award of Bonus Money to newest award of Bonus Money. Bonus Money will be wagered through before your Cash balance.

10. ELIGIBLE GAMES

11. RESTRICTIONS ON WITHDRAWAL

11.1. Bonus Money is not redeemable for Cash. Members must meet the Playthrough Wagering Requirement before the winnings from any such Bonus Money will be available as Cash for withdrawal. A Member may withdraw as Cash or Wager any winnings which relate to wagered Bonus Money after meeting the Playthrough Wagering Requirement.

12. CANCELLATION

14.5. Bonus Money and Free Spins have no Cash value, cannot be transferred or withdrawn, and are non-negotiable.

14.6. All applicable taxes, fees or other charges are the responsibility of the Member.
